General Questions

Q : Do you mail me purchased tickets?

A: Yes. We charge $19.99 for overnight shipping, payments must receive before 2 pm Eastern Standard Time to ship overnight. 

Q : Do you accomodate last minute booking for bus charter services?

 

A: Yes, please call our toll free at (866) 561-6680 or email us at charter@owltours.com with your detailed itinerary or submit a bus charter request by clicking here

 

 

Q : Can I change the itinerary once it is booked?

 

A: Yes, you may change your itinerary with 48 hours notice except date changes, any mileage and/or time change incurred from the new itinerary will be charged before the departure date. 

Q : Can I bring my baby stroller or a wheel chair on board?

A: Yes, we kindly request that any groups requiring special assistance such as an ADA-accessible vehicles or baby stroller storage to notify us at the time of reservation to ensure we dispatch well-equipped vehicles.
